Installation and use technology of drag chain

1. How to place the drag chain: 10% to 15% of the movement space shall be reserved in the supporting facilities and cavities of machine tools such as cables, oil pipes, gas pipes and water pipes to allow the built-in cables, oil pipes and gas pipes to move freely; There will be no strong friction and tension on the drag chain in the bending radius to ensure that the cable, oil pipe or gas pipe can be fully protected.

2. Conductors with large diameter differences should be laid evenly, with balanced weight distribution, and can be separated by isolation strips if necessary.

3. When the drag chain needs high-speed or high-frequency operation, try to separate the guide rails horizontally to avoid overlapping. When there are many wires, cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, etc., it is recommended to use spacers separately.

4. Inner width: select a thicker cable; The sum of the outer diameters of oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, etc. shall be used as the reference for the inner width of the drag chain, and at least 10% of the width space shall be reserved.

5. Bending radius: select the built-in cable; The medium and large bending radius of oil pipe, gas pipe, water pipe, etc. shall be taken as the reference value, and more than 10% of sufficient space shall be reserved.

6. Model selection standard of drag chain: inner diameter height: the middle * thick one of oil pipe, gas pipe, water pipe, etc. with built-in cable shall be selected as the reference height. Add at least 10% of the height space as the inner height of the drag chain. If the cable oil pipe, gas pipe and water pipe need to be overlapped, the actual cavity height after overlapping shall be taken as the reference height.
