Different models and materials of drag chains have different unsupported length limits. What if the length of the drag chain to be used exceeds the unsupported length limit?

1、 Support wheels can be added according to environmental conditions.

(1) If the supporting wheel can be fixed on the equipment, the supporting wheel without supporting frame can be directly used, and the drag chain frame reciprocates on the supporting wheel.

(2) If the support wheel cannot be fixed on the equipment, the support wheel with support frame can be used. The support wheel is fixed on the support frame, and the drag chain frame reciprocates on the support wheel.

2、 Guide grooves can be used. The guide groove is composed of five parts: standard length side guide wall, guide groove connecting angle steel, mounting screw, bottom groove and sliding device. There are several kinds of sliding devices: nylon wheels, steel sliding plates and plastic sliding plates. The guide grooves are correspondingly divided into three types:

(1) Guide groove with nylon wheel

(2) Guide groove with steel sliding plate

(3) Guide groove with plastic sliding plate

3、 If the above two supports cannot be used because the environment does not allow, the form of built-in stiffeners can be used.
