1、 Routine maintenance before work

1. Check the shift handover record book.

2. The oil shall be supplied strictly according to the requirements of "lubrication data chart" of the equipment to ensure timely, quantitative and quality determination.

3. If the equipment has been shut down for about 8 hours, when the equipment has not been started, it should be turned low for 3-5 minutes to determine whether the air intake system is smooth and whether all parts are operating normally, and then it can start to work.

2、 Routine maintenance at work

1. Frequently check the operation of all parts of the equipment and the working condition of the air intake system. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, immediately notify the maintenance staff to solve it.

2. No special tools, product workpieces, metal materials and foot steps shall be placed on each guide surface and protective cover.

3、 Daily maintenance during and after work

1. Wipe off the iron pin, refrigerant and ball screw on the surface of the guide rail, and there is no black oil on the smooth screw.

2. Clean the iron pins around the equipment.

3. Carefully fill in the equipment shift handover record.

（1） Clean and transport lubrication refrigeration system, oil inlet, oil pointer, oil line, polypropylene cloth filtration system:

1. The oil window shall be clear and bright, the oil level gauge shall be conspicuous, the oil shall be delivered in time, and the oil shall meet the requirements.

2. The inside and outside of the oil pool and filtration system shall be cleaned without scale and residue.

3. Polypropylene cloth is not brittle, and the lubricating grease path is smooth, without oil and water seepage.

4. The engine oil drum cleaning function is powerful, the fuel injector and fuel pointer are complete, the hand pump and the gasoline pump are powerful.

5. Remove all protective covers, check the lubricating oil condition, and clean the guide rail, smooth screw and ball screw.

（2） Check and adjust the iron pins, pins, gaps, fixed screws and nuts at all parts, and whether the rocker is flexible and powerful:

1. The clearance between wedges, pins and rolling surfaces shall be adjusted to within 0.04mm, so that moving parts can be moved easily.

2. Fixed screws shall be fixed at all parts, and nuts shall be free from looseness and missing.

（3） Part of cleaning equipment appearance:

1. The appearance is free of purple robe, oil stain, and primary color. The appearance parts are complete and free of damage.

2. The guide rail, worm, smooth screw and ball screw shall be free of black oil and corrosion, and the burrs shall be abraded.
